Support services:

This agreement outlines certain legal rights. You may have other rights under the laws of your country. This agreement does not change your rights under the laws of your country if the laws of your country do not permit it to do so.
Disclaimer of warranty:
The software is licensed as is. You bear any of the risks of using it. badtidude gives no guarantees, warranties or conditions. You may have additional consumer rights in your country which this agreement can not change. To the full extent permitted under your local laws, badtidude excludes all the implied warranties of merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Exclusion of remedies and damages:
You can not recover any damages including special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages nor any lost profits. This limitation applies to anything related to the software, services, content incl. code on third party Internet sites, or third party programs as well as any claims for breach of contract, breach of condition, guarantee or warranty, strict liability, negligence, or other to the full extent permitted by applicable law. This also applies even if badtidude knew or should have known about the possibility of damages. While Mac OS X Snowleopard already contains the Java runtime on later Mac OS X versions it may be neccessary to download the OS X flavor of the Java runtime system via software-updates or the App Store.
The DMG contains the ChordProgressor Manual (PDF).
